Warranty Policy

Applies to: All Hush Professional Products

Coverage Summary:
We stand behind the quality of our tools. Hush Professional offers a 12-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase for all HUSH products. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

What Is Covered

• Internal motor malfunctions
• Battery failure or charging issues not caused by misuse
• Power switch or button failure due to a manufacturing fault
• Defects in casing or internal components due to poor craftsmanship

What Is NOT Covered

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, drops, or negligence
• Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Wear and tear, including blades, guards, and fading logos
• Damage due to exposure to liquids, unless marked waterproof
• Commercial or institutional use (unless otherwise stated)

Claim Process

1. Submit Claim: Please go to our Warranty Claim page to submit a claim
2. Photo or Video Evidence: We may request visual proof of the issue.
3. Product Return: In some cases, we may request that the defective item be returned for inspection.
4. Resolution: At our discretion, we will repair or replace the product.

Additional Terms

• This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Any repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
• Warranty coverage is limited to the purchase price of the product.
